The terms and conditions of the Porsche Taycan Deposit program of Porsche Centre Tallinn (Auto 100 AS)

1. The Porsche Centre Tallinn (Auto 100 AS) (“Porsche Centre”) offers prospective buyers of the Porsche Taycan (“Prospective Buyers”) the opportunity to register to participate in the Porsche Taycan Deposit Program subject to these general terms and conditions (“Taycan Deposit Program”).
2. By participating in the Taycan Deposit Program, Prospective Buyers can express their interest in acquiring the Porsche Taycan.
3. To participate in the Taycan Deposit Program, the Prospective Buyer must register at www.porsche.ee/taycan as a member of the Taycan Deposit Program.
4. After successful registration, the Porsche Centre will regularly send to the Prospective Buyer relevant information regarding the Porsche Taycan.
5. If the Prospective Buyer provides their consent during the registration process, the Porsche Centre will register the Prospective Buyer and ask them to sign a contract for registering an expression of interest and paying the relevant fee.
6. If the Prospective Buyer has registered and signed the expression of interest contract with Auto 100 AS via the Porsche Centre, the Prospective Buyer will receive a place in the queue for buying the Taycan in the Porsche Taycan Deposit Program according to their position in the registration queue. The Prospective Buyer can at any time request to terminate the expression of interest registration contract and request a refund of the fee paid on the basis of the contract (except for cases when the Prospective Buyer has already signed the sales contract with Auto 100 AS for buying the Taycan). Detailed terms and conditions will be agreed on in the expression of interest registration contract.
7. The Porsche Centre has no responsibility to the Prospective Buyer in relation to the Taycan Deposit Program, except for in cases when it is specifically provided for in these general terms and conditions or in the expression of interest registration contract. In particular, but without limiting the general meaning of the foregoing, by participating in the Taycan Deposit Program, the Prospective Buyer will not i) acquire any right to request that the Porsche Centre, Auto 100 AS or the manufacturer transfer the Porsche Taycan to the Prospective Buyer, ii) submit any claim against the Porsche Centre, Auto 100 AS or the manufacturer for the delivery of the Porsche Taycan.
8. Data provided by the Prospective Buyer under the Porsche Taycan pre-order programme will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available here: https://www.porsche.ee/privaatsustingimused.
